Our group lounge with a modern design and two separate spaces has capacity for about 28 people, it has a large dining area, kitchen and living area.

The dining area has capacity for enough tables and chairs for all to be seated, we also provide children's chairs and high chairs. This area has several fans installed as well as a small sound system.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large four-burner industrial kitchen with an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer for ice, a microwave, a juicer, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster.

It also has all the necessary dishes, glasses, cups, plates, trays... also in the living room you will find large pans to make paella or rice. In addition, the living room has a flat screen television.

The living area is comfortable and has a pellet stove. The owners will be responsible for cleaning it, refuelling it and having it ready for use during your stay.

It is a multi-purpose room that can be used for meeting up with friends or for work meetings. The WiFi signal in this area is excellent.

* This independent lounge is normally closed, keys can be requested for groups that have booked at least two of our houses, usually at an additional cost.
